Our workshop is located in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Please note that we do not operate retail premises and our workshop is unfortunately not open to the public (this policy keeps our overheads low and means we do not need to build unnecessary additional costs into the price of our rings). Cleaning Instructions
Simply soak your ring in warm soapy water for around 15 minutes, then use fresh soapy water and a soft brush to gently clean the ring and stone to loosen any dirt or debris.

The Stone
Are your stones available in any other shapes?
Unfortunately not, MADE Diamonds are only available as Round Brilliant Cut stones produced in the iconic Hearts & Arrows shape.
Are MADE Diamonds stones available in any other sizes?
Our lab created stones are only available in a range of sizes from 0.75ct which is the smallest, to 1.5ct which is the largest. We are unable to provide any stones outside of this size range.
Do you sell loose stones?
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer loose stones because the production capacity for our stones only allows us to meet the demand for our own ring designs.
What are MADE diamonds and how are they created?
Please refer to the full breakdown of the production process and the specification of our stones which is provided on the Stones page of our website accessible via the top navigation.
Can I specify the precise qualities of the stone I receive?
The technology used to create our stones allows for a high level of quality regulation which results is uniformly superb quality stones. All of our stones simply fall within the classification provided:

Do you offer an engraving service?
Apologies we do not offer an engraving service.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
No, unfortunately we no longer offer a bespoke service. This is because our limited capacity (stemming from our desire to remain small and produce every ring by hand) only allows us to continue producing our own designs as demand has risen over time.
Do you sell wedding bands?
No, unfortunately we no longer sell wedding bands as we are solely focused on creating engagement rings.
Delivery
What is the delivery time? Can I get the ring sooner?
Current production times are around one to two weeks which varies depending on the volume of orders we are handling. We aim to deliver every ring within 14 days so if your delivery date looks like it might go beyond this we’ll be in touch. Because we create each ring to order by hand delivery times are affected by our current level of demand.

Do you ship outside the UK?
No, we offer shipping within the UK only. All rings are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
What kind of box will my ring arrive in?
Your ring will arrive in one of our luxurious natural wood proposal ring boxes lined with vegan leather, which is contained within a two piece protective outer box, wrapped in our plain and discreet outer postage box. Note: Our postage boxes are unbranded but they must include a "return-to-sender" address for insurance purposes so if you are concerned about spoiling a surprise, consider having the ring delivered to a trusted friend or family member.

How long is the free resizing service available for after I purchase a ring?
There is no time limit. We appreciate that many people opt to purchase the ring quite some time before proposing (which we encourage!) so we offer the one free resizing without any time limit.
Do you supply to trade customers/retailers?
No, we do not supply our rings or loose stones to trade customers.
Do you sell any other kinds of jewellery like earrings?
No, we very specifically only specialise in only fine engagement rings. There are many other companies out there who supply huge varieties of jewellery but we have no intention of expanding our offering. We focus solely on creating exquisite engagement rings featuring our laboratory created stones.
Can I see the rings before I purchase, can I visit your workshop and do you have a showroom?
It is not possible to view the rings or stones in person before making a purchase unfortunately. We operate solely online rather than having a physical retail location and unfortunately our workshop here in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter is strictly not open to the public. There are many reasons for operating in this way but the main one being that by not having a retail establishment we can keep costs low and offer better value. The cost of fancy retail outlets, a salesperson's salary and much more is always passed on in the price of the goods, and we made a decision early on not to operate in that way.
These days people are generally more comfortable with making even large purchases online, and it can make a lot of sense to purchase in this way providing everything adds up and the company does what it can to minimise the risk of making a purchase.
For peace of mind we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all rings which is provided to ensure that the ring is everything you hoped for and expected. We of course prefer that this guarantee is not used to simply view a ring though because a lot of work goes into creating each ring by hand to your exact specification, but it does of course however offer the peace of mind that if the ring is anything other than what you expected, it can be returned for a full refund. Sizing Help
Can I order a size not displayed on the website and do you do half sizes?
We create every ring to order, to your exact specifications so we can of course create any ring size. If you'd like a free ring sizer simply email us your address and we’ll get one in the post for you.

I have no idea what ring size my partner needs- HELP!
If your partner wears a ring on her right hand ring finger, you can see what finger it fits you (or anyone else) on, and then you just need to measure the ring size of that finger. We can send you a ring sizer completely free of charge to do this. Even if it is not the ring finger but your partner wears any ring, this can sometimes give you at least an idea.
Obviously it's right to make every effort you can to get it right first time, but ultimately it doesn't matter too much because we offer a completely free resizing service. If the ring doesn't fit your partner perfectly we can send you a ring sizer at that point and then resize the ring for you to the exact correct size.
