We currently only ship to the UK. All shipping within the UK is provided free of charge.

Your ring will arrive in one of our luxurious rosewood presentation ring boxes, discreetly packaged in one of our totally unbranded postage boxes, just in case the purchase needs to remain a surprise!

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days. If it is going to take any longer we will contact you to advise, however this is extremely unlikely.

Lifetime Guarantee

The lifetime guarantee covers the MADE Diamonds™ stone within your ring. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers any colour change or chipping due to manufacturer defects, as seen by the naked eye, for the life of the product in ordinary conditions. Normal wear and tear is excluded. All claims must be made directly with MadeDiamonds.co.uk and must be accompanied by your original sales receipt. Products submitted for a claim will be subject to a physical inspection by MadeDiamonds.co.uk and will be subject shipping fees. If replacement is required, the stone will be replaced with one of similar size and quality. 

We feel it is the right thing to do to offer a lifetime guarantee on a product that we are 100% confident in. Please utilise this offer only for genuine claims. We are confident enough to offer the guarantee, and we believe it provides the confidence needed for such an important purchase. We only ask that any claim is genuine and we promise to replace your purchase. The MADE Diamonds™  Lifetime Guarantee is non-transferable. One warranty replacement per stone/order.

Returns Policy

You can buy with total peace of mind thanks to our no quibble 30 day returns policy. 

We're confident you will love your purchase, however if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your ring, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery for a no questions asked refund or exchange.

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with presentation box and packaging. Unfortunately we do not cover or refund shipping costs for any returns. Since shipping is free on all domestic purchases you will be refunded the purchase amount minus £15.00 original shipping, handling and packaging costs.
